U13 Trial update

The coaches would like to thank all the players and parents who attended over the two-day trial, we appreciate the commitment this has shown and the desire to have the chance to represent York & District Schools. We understand there will be disappointment for those who have not been selected, and the impact this may have on them, and we wish we could take everyone that came down and showed off their talent.

However, we will continue to link in with local grassroots coaches throughout the season, as there may still be opportunities for players to represent the York and Selby School district should they continue to work hard and develop their football skills within their grassroots teams.

We would also like to thank Askham Bryan College for hosting the event, as I’m sure you’ll agree, the pitch was a fantastic surface to play on.
